The Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) is one of the most established expat organisations in Pattaya, welcoming members from all nationalities. They hold weekly Sunday meetings with guest speakers covering topics relevant to expat life in Thailand, plus regular social events, charity fundraisers, and community activities.
